First day of the conference has been great. I’m bringing back tons of new ideas that I look forward to sharing over the next few weeks. Weather is beautiful and food is all New Orleans. More to come…
I’m here in New Orleans - eating great Cajun food and taking in the culture. NTC starts tomorrow and it should be a great conference. We’re staying at the International House hotel. It’s a great little boutique hotel on the edge of the Quarter. We had dinner at K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen. The food was amazing and Chef Paul Prudhomme was having his dinner a few tables over. Best blackened red fish ever.
