Sharing the Love – Lovesac Customer Service

stitchingAs you may know, I love Lovesac furniture. It’s super sturdy, very comfy and is configurable to almost any layout you can think of. Many of you have commented on my previous posts “Fall in Love with the Sactional from Lovesac” and “LoveSac – It’s Not a Bean Bag Chair Dammit!“. In my post about the sactional, I mentioned that the stitching on one of the covers had frayed (see my photo) and several folks wondered how well customer service handled the issue. Here’s the scoop.

In  an effort to provide full disclosure, Mike Shelton from Lovesac contacted me thanking me for my ongoing support of Lovesac and for my blog posts. He asked me if there was anything that they could do for me. I explained to him that I had some issues with the frayed stitching and was planning on calling their customer service to get replacements. (Lovesac covers are covered under a 3 year warranty.) Mike was incredibly responsive and immediately placed an order for the new covers.

I followed up a couple of times to check on the status and Mike was very forthcoming with the fact that the sactionals were a little behind in shipping. Last Thursday I emailed him again just to check in and was advised that my order had shipped that day Fedex and provided a tracking number. I received my shipment the next day.

All-in-all, Lovesac Mike was super helpful, great follow-up and in the end, I got what I needed.

So, I am continuing to sing the praises of Lovesac. Exceptional products, great people, hassle-free customer service. And for the record, it’s just darn nice to
