I just read this post by Chris Brogan and love, love, LOVE it. I found it particularly insightful as I just wrote about Twitter today and wondered to myself “haven’t I said these things before?”
I particularly like #6 – Stop trying to do it all yourself. I have been catching up on reading that I had been putting off and one of the items I read this morning was “101 Ways to Triple Your Income and Double Your Time Off“. It includes a great little exercise to help one-man (or woman) shows learn to delegate which is a skill that I am sorely lacking.
I actually hope that I have gotten an early start on #4 in the TO DO list by sharing this post with you. I personally think that Chris is right on the money. Do you? What do you plan to change in 2009?
